I can’t believe that our car has been there for so long-
I can’t believe that our car has been there for so long- over a week! - and my husband had to call several times just to find out the PLAN. This is the third time we’ve brought it in for a check engine light in 3 weeks. Supposedly after two “All point inspections.” Terrible service and communication.

I first spoke to Anna via text message and she answered all of my questions and even went out of her way to double check with her manager on a few special requests. My overall experience was satisfying.
My overall experience was satisfying. Al was great throughout the entire process. This is my second car I have bought with him. The only reason I gave the dealer itself 4 stars not 5 is the sale manager Abby. Abby was too pushy and rude when trying to force me to get other protection plans that I did not want. I explained to her that Al already did a great job explaining the packages and I made up my mind already; but she was still trying to convince me. She was even mad that I did not fall for her speech. Everyone else congratulated me for the new car at the dealer except her. I would suggest that she gets more training on how to encourage the customers to get the packages without being rude and pushy, and to also know that the customers have the right to refuse.

Matthew was fantastic in helping me purchase the car. He is super knowledgeable and clear about the cars we looked at and very patiently guided us through the process. Matthew helps you buy what you want instead of trying to sell you a car. That was very important to me. I never felt rushed to do anything. I left with my car knowing that I had made the right purchase. He also followed up afterwards to find out about my experience with the car and also shared videos online, that he made, that I could watch to learn more about the car. This was a new and wonderful experience for me buying a car that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/lease.

Great people who do a great job, yet charge a fortune. I know that’s typical of those types of car dealers but it still sucks when you shell out $3,000 for a diagnosis. Paying $3k just for someone to tell me what’s wrong with my car…come on. Other than that, they’re great.
